How much time will my order take to deliver?

Here at Jeejas Decor, we all know how thrilling it is converting your home and that you will be inclined to receive your order as quickly as feasible! As such, we have invested heavily in assuring we can dispatch in whole Canada using only the most rapid shipping services so you can enjoy your wallpaper in no time.

Our lead time is 3-5 working days from placing order for nearly the entire Canada - we will keep you posted throughout the process and provide tracking information with UPS once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return my order and receive a refund?

Custom murals:
All custom murals are made in a custom-made fashion, based upon the wall size provided to us, and as such, once they have been printed, we cannot offer a cancellation or return.

Before you place your order, we will send you a customised proof image to show you exactly how the mural will look. If you would like to make any modifications at this point, let us know, and we can work on this for you! We won’t move with printing until you are 100% satisfied with how the wallpaper will look.

We would also be more than glad to send you a sample of any of our designs for you to check over colour vibrancy and paper quality. Our sample form can be found on the website.

We would request to double check you have provided the correct sizes before placing your order. If you need to amend the measurements, let us know, and we can get back to you with an updated quote.

How will be my wallpaper delivered?

Your shipment will arrive in a Jeejas Decor imprinted protective tube or box. We pack the wall murals tightly to guarantee they're not damaged during transit.

The medium paper and pattern repeat orders will typically arrive in a small tube at 50cm high and 10cm width. For multiple rolls or murals these may delivered in a larger tube/box. We include a printed hanging guide at the start of each roll.

The heavy paper murals are in a larger tube at 130cm high and 50cm wide. For multiple murals these may arrive in a bigger tube/box. We supply an A4 hanging guide within the tube.

Self Adhesive murals come in a box, and at 150cm x 15cm x 15cm. Multiple murals may come in a big tube/box. We deliver an A4 hanging guide within the tube.
